Fluenosity Platform Inc. ("Fluenosity", "we", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting developer data. This policy outlines how we collect, store, and process telemetry when you use our UI components, CLI tool (`npx fluenosity`), and web application.

2. Data We Collect

• Account Credentials: Email address and authentication metadata when creating an account or signing in via GitHub OAuth.
• CLI Telemetry: Anonymized component download counts and CLI version hashes (no personal source code is ever uploaded or monitored).
• Usage Analytics: Anonymized web application performance metrics and page interaction telemetry.

3. How We Use Data

Collected data is strictly used to maintain registry operations, provide security updates, process marketplace API subscriptions, and optimize component performance. We never sell developer data or share code metadata with third parties.

4. Data Security & GDPR

All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We comply with GDPR and CCPA data privacy regulations. You may request data export or account deletion at any time by contacting privacy@fluenosity.com.
